From start to finish absolutely horrendous service from this dealership. I bought a truck from this place and I regret even walking in the door. The sales man from the start screwed up my information in the computer so I Had to go to the bank that serviced my loan and get the phone number fixed. They then let me drive almost three weeks on a tag that was supposed to be transferred off my old truck . so I was driving illegally that whole time. I had a oil change/tire rotation. I was charged for the tire rotation and filling each tire to the proper psi. That DID NOT happen. Tires were NOT ROTATED and the psi was the same when I dropped off the vehicle. (I checked before I got there). I don't care to pay for services rendered but I don't like to pay for something that didn't happen.
Ethan was great and made our purchase easy and hassle free. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase.

Joseph was a great sales rep. He helped us test drive the car and made the deal easy. My only complaint is that the spruce pine website does not display the Spruce Pine $2000 “upgrade” when you go to the website. Thankfully I was able to negotiate with Joseph to remove this.

Overall, this was the worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had with lie after lie after lie from everyone I talked to at this dealership. Poor professionalism and ethics at this dealership.

Just bought a brand new suburban. We asked about keeping our old floor mats and was told we would get new ones. What they failed to tell us was the new ones was not what we had in our other vehicle and that they would only provide part of the floor mats. We called back to let them know all the floor mats did not come but they refused to make it right. When you spend as much money as you do for a vehicle you would think they would keep true to their word.
Amber goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers and make the buying process as easy as she can.

Sales great/ service and Warrenty work not so much. It’s been a year and my transmission torque converter still isn’t fixed
Didn't tell me anything about the car and something was wrong with it when I bought it. Then proceeded to try to tell me that it was normal when infact it wasn't. But eventually they did fix it.

Me and my wife went to buy are the and the service is very bad, when we buy the vehicle they didn’t even going over all the paperwork properly, vehicle come with.a 90 day warranty and they didn’t get us any information about the warranty, just have the car for less then a month and car was not function correctly, call them for service and they didn’t even know there own warranty policy, ask them to sent me a copy of the warranty paperwork, and have not received anything from them, I will not recommend this dealer ...
